It requires that someone in the research dept. look up what is required of assemblies and what isn't. Then you follow the rules and make your point.<br /><br />I think it's okay in that it moderates some of the fly-by-night shit that can be generated in a free society.<br /><br />OTOH if 2,000 people or more assembled at the Pentagon to <a href="http://www.jofreeman.com/photos/Pentagon67.html" rel="nofollow">levitate the building</a> (I was 14 and inspired, what can I say?) mostly what they do is monitor the thing. They only act if there is violence. Then they go on TV and say you're a dirty smelly hippie, and middle America agrees with them<br /><br />That's the insidious part.
