I just got an email forwarded to me that originated with the WA Board of Pharmacy, to the effect that sterile saline for injection is considered a "legend drug" for the purposes of regulation. Which means--I kid you not--that it has to be kept under lock and key, logged per usage, and disposed of per very specific protocols.
I don't even think I need to add a joke, here.

so, salt water is more strictly regulated in WA than pot. interesting...
My boss made the same observation.
(To be fair, if I had pot in the lab, for the lab, it would be quite a bit more restricted. And salt water not for injection is not restricted at all. But still...we're basically talking about a label on a bottle.)
What does this do to the salt water taffy industry?
Now that's not STERILE, Mr. D! :^)
Actually, no salt water is used in salt water taffy. My kids love making it. Trust me on this.
Thanks for the smile, Brian. Another fact about salt water is that some "vulgarity filters" censor it because four of the letters in the middle can be arranged to form a vulgarity.
I think it should be banned. :^)
i'm in the bail bond business now. i kinda like banning things as long as it gets folks arrested.
yes, i am becoming a Police Stater.
you got your nest to feather, and i got mine, ya know?
