remember, remember the fifth of november...

I've been really busy today...have any of the major news outlets bothered to report that Ron Paul has raised approximately $4.8 million in the last 24 hours?

All those bots that keep jamming discussion boards and post-debate polls must be loaded...

Yeah it looked like it got a bit of play today...saw it mentioned on both Fox and CNN while I was at the gym tonight (pretty much the only time I ever look at Fox or CNN).

Of course, plenty of spin in the rightish print media about how this still doesn't matter. It's infuriating to hear so many people repeat the mantra that "Rudy is the only one who can beat Hillary, so I support him" with one breath and refer to Ron Paul supporters as "drones" and "bots" in the next.

Of course, I also heard a woman on NPR today who said that 1) her #1 issue was government spending, and 2) she was voting for Hillary Clinton. Which is kind of like hiring Micheal Jackson to be your babysitter.

i watch mostly FNC.
and isnt npr just for gay men?

as for the npr babe: her issue wasnt spending the way you and i would define spending. the ideologue left uses different language than what you and i speak.
i'm serious.
its not the same language.

buying food and bullets for the army is 'spending' to them. you and i would call that a constutional requirement, and off budget.
welfare handouts are spending to you and i. but not to the left. these are necessities of good governance, and dont count.

like 'choice' means abortion. to me 'choice' means absence of govt influence.
